In compliance with the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data held by Private Parties (Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares), its Regulations and the Guidelines of the Privacy Notice, Maya Schmid, with domicile located at Av. Portón de las Flores, Col. Bosque de las Palmas, CP 52787, Huixquilucan, Estado de México, México, makes this Privacy Notice ("Notice"), available to users accessing her website www.mayatpp.com, as well as those individuals who are interested in her services or that have contracted them (the "Owner").

Maya Schmid may collect personal data in case the Owner provides them personally or directly by email, at the contact section of the website or by answering any evaluation.

Maya Schmid can process the following personal data of the Owner: name, surname, address, email address, telephone number (fixed and / or mobile) and Federal Taxpayer Registry Number (RFC). 

In addition to the aforementioned personal data, Maya Schmid may process sensitive personal data, consisting of the personality characteristics of the Owner, which are obtained by interpreting Maya Schmid's evaluations.

Maya Schmid may process the personal data of the Owner for the following purposes: (i) providing information related to services offered by Maya Schmid; (ii) evaluating entering in to a legal relationship with the Owner; (iii) contracting the services of Maya Schmid; (iv) providing the services in favor of the Owner; and (v) issuing the payment receipts or the corresponding tax receipts in favor of the Owner. 

Maya Schmid’s website does not use mechanisms in remote or local means of electronic or optical communication, or other technology allowing personal data to be collected automatically and simultaneously to identify the user at the time in which it accesses the website. The personal data provided by the Owner at the contact section of the website will be treated at all times in accordance with the terms of this Notice. 

The personal data of the Owners may be transferred to the Tax Administration Service to send the invoices issued in their favor.

Maya Schmid states that the Owner's personal data will not be subject to additional transfers, unless: (i) the Owner gives its consent, (ii) the transfer is necessary for the fulfillment of the legal relationship maintained with the Owner; or (iii) in any of the exceptional cases provided for in article 37 of the Federal Law for Protection of Personal Data held by Private Parties.

The Owner may access, rectify, or cancel their personal data, oppose to their use or revoke its consent, by sending a written request to Maya Schmid’s domicile or email address: mayas@mayatpp.com.

The request must contain the name and address of the Owner, a document proving its identity or its representation, a clear and precise description of the personal data with respect to which it seeks to exercise any right, as well as any other element that facilitates the identification of the personal data. If the Owner requests the rectification of its personal data, it shall provide the documentation supporting the appropriateness of the requested corrections.

The request shall be processed within a 20 (twenty) business days term, starting from the filing date of the request. If the Owner exercises its right of access to information, Maya Schmid will comply by making the personal data available to the Owner, issuing simple copies, electronic documents or by any other means allowing the Owner access to its personal data. 

Maya Schmid reserves the right to modify and/or update the Notice at any time, in accordance with new legislative provisions and new internal policies, which will be available at Maya Schmid’s website and domicile.
